“After all is said and done I should have had an independent appraisal done before deciding to sell Then I could have determined if it was best to sell or wait. I feel none of the price negotiations were necessary just the appraisal which governed the entire sales price. However if I had listed at 330.000 I would have even gotten a lower offer. Other than that Lauren and Joel were great to work with and I feel I made new friends ”
