“We called Jodi on a Friday afternoon and saw a house Saturday. After viewing the home we called about we went to lunch and my sweet husband told Jodi our home would be ready for pictures, for selling, in 4 days Well in 4 days our home was spotless, parents and teenagers hired and helped, and then expertly staged with our existing furniture by Jodi. The pictures were taken and our house went live. By the end of the first week we had the offer on our home what we accepted Jodi proved to be a negotiator extraordinaire She was able to negotiate a free month's rent back of the home we were selling and a favorable HOA sell payment with our buyers Now we needed a home to purchase I proved to be a very hard sell Jodi wasn't deterred though. We finally came across a home that was somewhat of a fit for us on paper. It was a new build in an old established area. We fell in love Again, Jodi wowed us with her negotiating prowess, and we were under contract on the home that was to be ours From the initial phone call to the closing on the purchase of our new home, the sell was a week prior to our purchase, the entire process was 54 days Jodi was incredible guide in this process I could not recommend her enough She was there She got everything done in our best interest The process was certainly a whirl wind experience, but I'd do it with Jodi again ”
