“We had to submit three different house contracts in three months. Jocelyn was very supportive when we exercised the option period to pull out of the first contract. She hung in there with us for those three months of searching as we tried to figure out our future. Fortunately, our prep work paid off because she guided our 3 week closing phase when apartment had a busted pipe and we were forced to find a home asap. Jocelyn and our loan officer worked amazingly with the Title Company. I was spent and Jocelyn led the way to carry us through the funding phase!”
