I accidentally discovered they were looking over potential issue with my property I was checking on listing property right after inspection report and repair request 2 times resonable cost the replace repair witnessing Jimmy Joe hands on discovery troubleshooting of issues behind the scenes. I greatly appreciate there checking on inspection issues and highlighting work needing to be addressed including facilitating corrective action with their contractor relationships .
