“Joe Maas is from the start, a totally professional and competent agent who is helpful and worked to help my wife and me to the best of his ability. The house I purchased was the 6th residence I purchased in the last 50 years. “Jimmy Joe were great at marketing my condo for sale. I had difficulty distinguishing communication from Jimmy vs Joe because I had both there cell phone numbers on the same contact but it all worked out. I accidentally discovered they were looking over potential issue with my property I was checking on listing property right after inspection report and repair request 2 times resonable cost the replace repair witnessing Jimmy Joe hands on discovery troubleshooting of issues behind the scenes. I greatly appreciate there checking on inspection issues and highlighting work needing to be addressed including facilitating corrective action with their contractor relationships . Overall, happy to work with Simien team again in the future. ”
