Someone who can navigate the ups and downs, treat your goals as their own, overcome obstacles, understand the market, be open and honest with you about pricing, provide world class marketing strategies, and work tirelessly to get the deal across the finish line. Jill Wente is just that realtor and I trusted her to help me purchase and sell my home in the Spring, Klein, and The Woodlands, TX area. The marketing that was implemented included social media posts and a video that captured the essence of what made my house special. When the lender’s appraiser came back with an appraised value $11,000 lower than the agreed upon sales price, Jill was not willing to accept the appraiser’s value. Jill Wente meticulously viewed the appraisal and identified errors in the appraisal report including inaccuracies in properties and other comparable properties that were not included. She submitted a detailed and persuasive reconsideration of value that successfully resulted in a revised appraised value that was $11,000 higher than the original value. Jill Wente helped us sell our home in Spring. I have sold several homes, and this was by far my best experience with a realtor. Jill was professional, thorough, and made one of the most stressful transactions in our lives seamless.
