I am an experienced agent, house-hacker and investor here in the Houston area. By being all of those it helped me become a top producer agent in my brokerage within my first year in real estate to being in the top 5 ranking agents of multifamily sales in Houston. With that being said I can safely say that with all current/present/ and future clients I will always aim to make sure that we not only land a deal but a GREAT deal. Something I believe and tell everyone I work with is that I sell numbers and not houses. At the end of the day real estate investing comes down to one thing and that is numbers. For a deal to makes sense means that the numbers have to make sense as well. That is what true real estate investing is all about.
