“I am so blessed Mr. Rubli was our agent. The owner of this home moved to Abilene, necessitating the sale of the home. We were not returning to Houston to complete the sale, so the many complications that arose had to be handled by text, email, fax or phone calls. This home had several issues with the plumbing and AC/HAV units, discovered after the owner moved, plus some furniture was left in the home to be hauled away. Mr. Rubli corrected the above issues professionally and promptly, always keeping the owner informed. There was a question about the home's title that was finally resolved after Mr. Rubli made many calls on our behalf. Shortly before the scheduled closing date, the home's owner passed away, adding another complication to the process, plus the Christmas holidays delayed the closing. Mr. Rubli was on top of things, patient and always able to clearly explain what was happening and why, willing to meet the plumber, etc., He went above and beyond, acted in a professional manner with Christian values and showed kindness and respect toward each of us. You cannot find a better agent than Mr. Rubli, and I recommend him without reservation. ”
