Before starting Value Roc, Jeremy was accomplished at working with investors, and guiding them through 100's of successful real estate investment transactions. In that role, understanding the market conditions, the financing and sales, took research, valuable insight and great execution, especially in a rapidly moving and changing economy. He attributes his success to a dedicated work ethic and 100% total client satisfaction. Jeremy has bought and sold several homes in Houston and surrounding areas and understands that buying and selling real estate is an emotional and significant event.
