“Jeremy Larkin and his team at Icon sold our house in Spring, TX in late March 2026. We were quite happy with his services as well as those of his team - particularly the Woman of Wonders, Kimmie. What we needed in a selling agent was quite different than what we needed in a buying agent. Quite honestly, I needed someone strong enough to deal with me, shoot straight and help me stay out of my own dang way. Jeremy was that guy. Straight forward and honest, but never confrontational. Told me where I was maybe a bit optimistic and where things needed work. And he had the right people for the right moments at the right time. And that's often the hardest part of doing anything. Jeremy did a great job of reading the room and holding on at the very beginning. We had a plan. We were going to sell our house and then slingshot ourselves to our new destination and buy a house there. Then life happened and we ended up buying, moving, and selling an empty house. That took time - we weren't ready right away in the way that we thought we would be. But Jeremy recognized that a bit of patience and grace went a long way. We barely got to our destination and Jeremy sold the house. In a time when houses were lingering on market for weeks and months, we had our first offer in I believe 5 or 6 days. Unfortunately, the absolute worst part of the experience was that that buyer backed out. Can't blame anyone but the buyer for that. And it was a time when buyer backouts were at an all time high, nationally. Despite that, we still closed in like 45-50 days from the first listing. Technically, the house sold twice in that time. Second time was the charm and we got through the rest of the process really without issue. The second hardest part was just waiting for closing But through it all, Jeremy and Kimmie were on top of things. We knew what was going on, when things were happening, and they were a step ahead of us the whole way through. ”
