Jenny Overstreet is a Multi-Million-Dollar Producer, Broker Associate and Circle of Excellence Member with Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty. She specializes in luxury real estate in Harris and Montgomery Counties and takes pride in representing her clients with exceptional service that has proven to deliver extraordinary results.
A confident self-starter and driven achiever, "I enjoy the challenge presented by each transaction and each one challenges me in a different way," Jenny says. "At the end of the day, however, it's all about that big smile and their excitement when a buyer sees what I knew would be the perfect house or when I bring my seller a great offer for their home."
Now a MTSIR Hall of Fame Member, Jenny started her career in residential real estate over a decade ago working alongside a top producer at The Woodlands office of Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty. "It was a privilege to learn that way," Jenny says. "I was able to participate in large, complicated transactions ranging from land sales to multi-million-dollar homes from day one. It was fantastic preparation and taught me to the art of real estate negotiations and to pay attention to details."
After working in sales for 30 years her most important priority remains customer service and doing whatever it takes to make sure her clients are always heard and happy. She is a past member of The Junior League of North Harris, South Montgomery Counties and The Montgomery Chapter, National Charity League.
Jenny and her husband have lived in The Woodlands/Montgomery area since 1999. Their three children are all now attending and graduating college from Texas Tech, University of Alabama, and Oklahoma State University. She loves visiting them at their colleges and participating in parent weekends, game days, and sorority events."When Jenny is not enjoying the thrills of real estate, she spends her leisure time traveling with her family and friends.
