“Jenny doesn't hold bankers hours! 24/7 avail & quick text replies or calls if asked she's a superhero. If she didn't have info/answers she didn't make stuff up, 'I'll get back to you' & she always did. Can't really buy another house until this one sells & hotel/lease in the interim means making house pymt with utilities & expenses plus double that for transition housing & costs she understands it's a ticking clock so a lot of pressure... Everything is urgent & tension & she gets it. Cool, calm, collected... prompt, efficient, friendly & professional! Wow!”
