With a passion for real estate that began growing up in California, Jen Ray was introduced to the industry through family. She developed an early appreciation for luxury homes, design, and real estate investing. That interest eventually led to her time in mortgage banking and, later, investing in real estate herself, giving her firsthand experience in evaluating opportunities and building long-term wealth through property.

Based in Houston, Jen transitioned back into real estate after a long career in corporate consulting within the energy industry, where she specialized in client strategy, communication, and relationship management.

Originally born in Taiwan and raised in California, she moved to Houston over 16 years ago for work and now proudly calls Houston home, where her family has built their life in the Heights area. Today, Jen specializes in Houston’s luxury residential and investment real estate market, helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the process with confidence. Having lived in California, Texas, and abroad, she understands firsthand what it takes to find your place in a new city.
