Jen Ray is a Houston Realtor® with White House Global Properties based in the Heights. She helps first-time buyers, luxury buyers and sellers, people relocating to Houston, international clients, real estate investors, and builders navigate the Houston market with confidence, combining honest guidance, skilled negotiation, and elevated marketing.

Born in Taiwan and raised in California, Jen was introduced to real estate through family and developed an early appreciation for homes, design, and investing. That foundation led her into mortgage banking and real estate investing before a 15-plus-year career leading complex initiatives for global companies, including Chevron and Shell. The experience sharpened her ability to manage financial details, solve complex problems, negotiate under pressure, and anticipate what clients need.

Jen has lived in Houston for 17 years, most of that time in the Greater Heights, where she and her family have built their life. She knows the Heights and Greater Heights block by block and also serves clients throughout Woodland Heights, Garden Oaks, Oak Forest, Spring Branch, River Oaks, Memorial and the Memorial Villages, Tanglewood, West University, Upper Kirby, Westchase, and Houston’s Inner Loop.

For sellers, Jen combines strategic pricing, storytelling, and negotiation to help a property stand out. For buyers, she helps evaluate neighborhoods, property values, and potential risks and will tell clients honestly when a home is worth pursuing or when it may be better to walk away. She also helps investors and builders evaluate comparable sales, location, and resale potential.

As an investor with long-term and short-term rental experience, Jen understands real estate as both a home and a financial decision. Having lived in California, Texas, and overseas, she understands relocation firsthand. Fluent in English and Mandarin, she helps local, relocating, and international clients find their place in Houston.
