Jennifer Lerner, a fourth-generation Houstonian, is taking the market by storm bringing with her an extensive background in sales and an established track record in real estate. In 2025, Jennifer was recognized as a Top 25 Producer for her outstanding performance among real estate professionals. She was also named an inaugural member of the Compass Houston Luxury Advisors, a distinction reserved for advisors with a proven track record in luxury real estate. Part of her success comes from being the fourth generation in her family with a successful career in Texas real estate. Over the last 15 years, selling and leasing Houston real estate has taken her across all parts of the city. She has worked with hundreds of clients, ranging from brand new Houstonians, as well as folks who were born and raised in Houston. Her philosophy that hard work, persistence, and building strong relationships is paving the way for her clients' success.

Jennifer graduated from The University of Texas in 2002 with a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications and a concentration in Business. She had a successful career in advertising sales for Food & Wine Magazine and The Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal. Eventually, Jennifer landed a job in Pharmaceutical Sales, after being chosen from over 1,000 applicants.
