My name is Jennifer Holwell. I have been a Realtor at Keller Williams Houston Preferred since 2012. As a realtor I can help you with Buying, Selling, or Leasing property. This includes single-family, multi-family, land, ranch, modular/mobiles homes, and property investments. I also specialize in unimproved or improved land. I can assist in finding a builder or a mobile home dealer. I have sold many large tracts, and country homes with acreage. I have experience selling property all over the greater Houston area, and will travel within a 2 hour radius. My mission is to provide the best service for my clients. This includes giving up to date information about transactions, surrounding myself with professional that have knowledge of the business: lender, photographers, inspectors, & surveyors.
