Jennifer Delaney delights in assisting her clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate inside the 610 Loop and other areas of Houston. As a native Houstonian, she's watched many parts of the city that were once neglected transform into communities that people are proud to call home. Jennifer has practiced real estate for over 6 years, however, it's not her first time dealing in the business. Jennifer Delaney has extensive knowledge of the Houston residential and investment real estate scene with over 20 years of construction and real estate investment experience. Prior to getting her real estate license, she spent 10 years specializing in middle school education after obtaining her B.S. degree in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Houston. Her teaching and prior real estate experience enables her to be an amazing resource for her clients. In addition to consulting with her clients, Jennifer is an active real estate investor. Her most recent projects include developing, building and designing a tiny home community in Galveston, TX, as well as renovating and marketing other multi-family projects across the Houston Metro area. Jennifer is an active member of the Houston and Galveston Association of Realtors, as well as the National Association of Realtors. When she's not submitting offers, listing properties, or helping people find their new home, you can catch her volunteering as a child advocate for CPS and the youth program at St. Theresa Catholic Church. Jennifer can be found off the clock enjoying the culturally diverse food scene, running through Memorial Park, and spending time with her family.
