Jeff Pesek is proud to be a part of the Heritage Texas Country Properties family. Having lived in Texas all of his life Jeff understands that owning a piece of Texas is something Texans take a lot of pride in. Finding or selling a piece of property is about investing in you and your family’s future. Assisting you and being a part of that experience is something that Jeff is proud to be a part of. Jeff and his family moved to the Shiner area in 2006 after serving in the Army. He and his wife saw the importance of raising children in a smaller community where “It Takes a Village to Raise a Child” still means something. In 2010 Jeff and his family bought a home and land between Shiner and Hallettsville where they enjoy the country lifestyle. Being able to enjoy watching wildlife on a daily basis is one of the things they love about the country. Living between Shiner and Hallettsville has given his family a unique perspective of both towns and the Lavaca County countryside. Upon graduating from Texas A&M University, Jeff commissioned into the Army and spent 8 years serving our great country. Jeff is a two tour Veteran of Iraq which helped shape the person and professional he is today. Jeff left the Army as a Captain to spend more time with his family. After leaving the Army, Jeff became a Vice President of one of the top community bank in Central Texas. He served not only as a branch manager but also as a real estate, commercial and consumer lender. Jeff has seven years of real estate lending knowledge which he uses to prepare his clients for the purchase or sale of their property. Customer service and attention to detail are paramount for Jeff and the way he interacts with clients and other professionals in the real estate field. Jeff has a vast knowledge of the real estate climate in Lavaca County and surrounding counties.
