As the President and Founder of Jeff Bulman Real Estate, Jeff has built his company on putting his client's interest first while providing them luxury service. As a recognized top-producing broker with more than $300,000,000 in closed sales, Jeff has extensive experience marketing luxury homes and estates along the Texas Gulf Coast.
Jeff's real estate experience began while in high school, working for a local Friendswood brokerage learning real estate from the ground up. He earned his salesman's license at 19 and become a broker at 21 while earning a degree in real estate at San Jacinto College. One of Jeff's most formative experiences came from selling over 1,000 homes in 35 states as a real estate manager for a corporate relocation company. He later taught real estate investment and contracts as an adjunct professor at SJC.
Efficient, business-oriented and considerate, Jeff's deep knowledge of the residential real estate market and his confident approach to marketing and contract negotiation instill confidence and trust in his clients. Over the past 25 years his loyal clients return to Jeff for all their property transactions and refer him to family and friends.
Jeff's designations and certifications include Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Certified Residential Specialist and he is a GUILD member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. He holds the Certified Relocation Professional designation and is particularly adept at helping clients as they relocate into or out of Texas.
Jeff volunteers for Calvary Houston Church and the Houston Walk to End Alzheimer's. He enjoys family time with his wife and son and whenever possible he may be found on the golf course or cheering on the World Champion Houston Astros.
