“We went from new listing to sold in 7 days Jayna Collins is a magician, who happens to be a Realtor Ask Jayna how the Joseph's home sold so quickly, she had to refer movers to us, just to help us pack the house in time.. not an exaggeration 3400 sq ft home packed and sold in 37 days from list date. In an oversaturated market, after peak selling season, Jayna had multiple, highly-competitive offers on the table for our property. Jayna's marketing campaign, mixed with her connections in the industry, spread word of our home sale far and wide, to the point where we never needed the 2nd weekend of the open house. Mrs. Collins began with an outline, detailing the neighborhood comps, the pluses and minuses of our property, what we should include, and how to make our home show ready at all times. The show ready part was not easy, with a 4 year old, a 2 year old, and a dog, but with her guidance, we were able to pick up and leave with little lead time, when necessary, because we had so many people coming to see the house. Jayna spoke with our HOA to ensure all the signage was compliant with neighborhood regulations, and that gate access would be granted. There were no questions left unanswered, no concerns left unaddressed. Jayna guided us to the right offer, to make sure we were pricing it to move, while balancing our need to hit a certain target, which we exceeded Jayna's industry knowledge, negotiating prowess, connections to movers, repairmen, brokerage firms, and lenders, coupled with her winning personality and attitude, truly make her an unstoppable force.
