“Jaylene was recommended by my sister to help me find a home and I am so glad she recommended her! I lived in a nearby city when I spoke with Jaylene over the phone to establish what type of home I was looking for, location, cost, etc. I am from Houston, but the thought of looking for housing in the area that would meet my needs (e.g., quiet, pet friendly, single family, near my family, within budget) was a bit overwhelming. We looked at a few houses together that I was interested in and that she recommended. Once we found the one, Jaylene inquired about it and worked out all the details and paperwork with the other parties. It was a relief to have someone manage all of that, because trying to find a home and provide supporting documents can be an overwhelming process. Jaylene also walked me through the different documents that were needed and when I had questions about the HOA, security system, etc., she provided all the information.
