Equinox Realty Group provides top notch service. I have had the pleasure to work with Jay Bradley (broker) with Equinox Realty Group in finding my forever home. Jay and his team have been knowledgeable while steering me through this process, asking the right questions to ensure that I make the best decision. They have been patient when I was unsure and requested to tour additional homes before making a final decision. For a purchase of this magnitude, I chose to enlist Equinox as my realtor, as customer satisfaction is their overall goal!

I had the pleasure of working with Jay Bradley and Amanda Soho of Equinox Realty Group during the sale of my rental property. I've sat at the closing table as a seller and a buyer - as such, I've had my fair share of experiences with not-so-great (and down right terrible!!!) brokers and realtors. However, Jay and Amanda were PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE, AND EFFICIENT. I was also very pleased with their ability to navigate the unexpected surprises that occurred during the appraisal and closing processes. I look forward to our next transaction!

Jay was amazing, his ability to understand our needs and find us options within our budget was impeccable. We never felt pressured as I have in the past with other realtors. Jay understood we did not want to spend more than we could afford and he gave us his honest feedback at every opportunity. The level of customer service he provided was unparalleled and I doubt anyone will ever live up to my expectations after working with him, I will NEVER use another realtor! Thanks again Jay you are God sent.

Jay Bradley from Equinox Realty Group went above and beyond to help us successfully sell our townhouse and we couldn't have been happier with the wonderful job he did. Throughout the entire process he was professional, highly knowledgeable, approachable, personable, patient, very flexible, and a joy to work with. Selling a home is challenging, but working with Jay made it as painless as possible. We would gladly work with Jay again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an awesome agent. He was absolutely wonderful! We would give him 6 stars if we could. Thank you Jay!
