Jason is a rising star in the Houston Real Estate industry specializing in homes near or inside the 610 Loop with a primary focus on Houston's finest neighborhoods: The Heights, aptly named for its higher elevation above the city; Rice Military, home to Memorial Park; Garden Oaks, hosting luscious gardens; and Oak Forest, adorned by gorgeous trees.
Although the Inner Loop has been the primary source of his growth thus far, Jason has done well in Sugar Land, Pearland, Katy, and The Woodlands. He consistently earns Top Producer awards in Houston, thrusting his way into the Top 5% of Houston Realtors in only his first full year as a Realtor.
Jason's decade of experience as an Engineer & Project Manager in the Oil & Gas industry created in him a very detail-oriented focus, utilizing strong negotiating techniques to achieve the end goals timely, efficiently, and at the right price.
While Jason's professional life as a Top Producer is his career passion, he thrives on assisting local charities in their fundraising efforts, including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Hurricane Harvey Relief Efforts, Project Piruw, and especially Dream Rydes, a Houston-based non-profit founded by his beautiful wife, Danielle Kuban Johnston.
