Anyone know where to get inexpensive ibox bt lockboxes?

HAR. Been hearing they won\'t activate inboxes bought from other sources.

I\'ve seen this many times where the year built is listed on tax records as the previous year because it was started in one year and completed in the next. My seller says 2015, the tax records and even MLS from when builder had it listed says 2014. However the MLS says \"to be completed by 4/2015\". Seller purchased in 8/2015. So I want to use 2015 when listing the property. This is what I\'ve done in the past without any challenge. But if challenged, how do I prove year built? Certificate of occupancy?

Used to work for city housing and community development department. Was responsible for hundreds of units built. We were accountable too hud. Would always use cert of occupancy.

Down payment assistance is that a good or a bad thing?

Really depends on your client, could work against some of them but for the most part it\'s a good thing. There are alot of programs, restrictions, and requirements so make sure you partner with a good lender and make some relationships with the processors in different down payment agencies as some can be slow or inefficient.\n\nFood for thought. Although I may advertise down payment assistance for leads I often don\'t speak alot on it until we find the home they like, that way I match them with the right tool.
