What scrip you use to tell about the market today?

Hi Jasmeeta! Great question! I use a combination of a lot of different sources when discussing the current market with clients and potential clients. For stats regarding real estate, I usually research the National Assoc of Realtors website (website address below), specifically their Research and Statistics. They have great info on home sales, affordability, market trends, forecasts, etc. For news and relevant market info, I like Inman, HAR Insights, and Mortgage News Daily. All fantastic resources for keeping on top of what is going on in the real estate industry. I don't use scripts really, just conversations, because the scripts change too fast. I just try to know as much as I can about what is going on and where we think we are going so I can advise my clients in the best way possible. I hope this helps!

To put a lease listing as coming soon, does days on the market shows once it is activated? How long can I keep as coming soon?

If you possess a valid listing agreement, the home has the option of being in Coming Soon status for a maximum of 14 days. After this period, it must either become active or be withdrawn. During this time, a sign may be placed in the yard, but no showings are permitted until the listing becomes active. Additionally, it is recommended to attach a Coming Soon rider to the sign during this period.
