JANICE JAMAIL-GARVIS, a native Houstonian, is the CEO/Founder and Broker of JAMAIL REAL ESTATE, INC. She has been licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission as a practicing Real Estate professional for over 50 years. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Texas Association of Realtors, and The Houston Association of Realtors where she has served on a variety of leadership positions, as well as serving on a variety of organizations, committees, and task forces that have enhanced the real estate industry. She has been honored with the prestigious status of REALTOR EMERITUS. Her dedication to preserving private property rights and the real estate industry, in addition to her advocacy of free enterprise, has never been compromised. Her efforts have enhanced her expertise in the residential and commercial real estate brokerage & investment field.

JAMAIL REAL ESTATE was established as a real estate brokerage firm in 1979, then advanced to a corporation in 1981.
