Hello, my name is Janeth L. Nevill I am the Broker at JL Nevill Properties formerly located in Anderson, TX. I have moved to my home office in Bryan, TX.
I have been in the Real Estate Industry for the past 33 years and have past experience in Mortgage Lending. I have a special interest in Farm and Ranch properties, as I lived on a farm in Grimes County for 23 years.
I specialized in Farm and Ranch, but also list and sell light commercial, small and large acreage tracts, and residential properties in Grimes, Montgomery, Waller, Walker, Brazos, Robertson, and NW Harris County.
I have a designation of GRI and am a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Bryan/ College Station MLS, and I am also member of the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
My first love is Farm and Ranch, and listed and and helped subdivide over 7,000 acres in Grimes County, of which several became rural subdivisions. I also really enjoy helping New first time home buyers, and those that want to test the waters in investing in second homes or want to invest in a light commercial property or rental property.
I take a lot of time with my Buyers and Sellers. I make sure that I understand what you want and I will tell you what to expect.
I am honest, and I talk straight. I do not mince words or sugar coat. I will tell you what you need to do to get your property list ready and walk you through all of the steps. I do the same when you are buying a property. I always return phone calls and texts as soon as I can. And if I do not know the answer to a question then I will tell you and then help you find the answer.
