“It was such a difficult decision to sell my family s home of 52 years but choosing Jane for my realtor® was an easy decision. I knew she would understand the emotional connection I had with my home and that was extremely important to me, for her to show my house as a home to intentionally find a buyer that would love and care for the home as my family had. Jane walked me through every detail laying out a plan of action. She listened and pushed when needed. Her attention to detail and delivering on timelines set was impeccable. When we agreed on a contract, it was based on a contingency that my buyer sell their home. As a closing date approached issues, came up with that contract, and Jane stepped in contacting the lender and title company of the buyer of the contingency home. Literally helping the realtor® of my buyers by building a professional rapport with the lender which allowed my contract to be executed Jane answered every question of mine, all my text messages in a timely fashion and put my all-over-the-map emotions in check.
