Jan Sutton

My name is Jan Sutton and I’m a Broker Associate with eXp Realty. The world of real estate has always been my passion and I became a licensed agent in 2006 as a second career after spending many years as a high school English teacher. I became a broker in 2009 and had my own independent brokerage until joining eXp in February 2017. I have lived in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for most of my life and I currently live in Fort Worth and work together with my husband Alex Covarrubias who is a REALTOR. Eagle Mountain Lake is nearby and we enjoy hiking trails around the lake on the weekends, boating with family and friends, attending cultural and music events.

In my practice of real estate I am well known for great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail, and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction: buyers, sellers, cooperating agents. From 2006 to 2017 I have helped hundreds of people sell their homes and/or purchase another. I know what it takes to successfully close a transaction making the buying or selling experience positive and seamless!
