“Jan provided great pricing and buyer negotiating skills. She handled the stressful situations well. I appreciated her expertise but was disappointed with the painter she recommended (was very pleased however with the A/C company and the photographer she brought in) and that the open house didn't happen sooner. Even though we went over the Seller's Disclosure together, she did not always remember the content or the additional information around our conversations about the property. I would have appreciated regular weekly feedback on the internet posting. I liked the Showing software and its feedback feature. The lockbox was cumbersome and not water proof; I worried about people not locking it properly or the front door properly which I found unlocked/open at least twice.”

Some realtors may be hard to reach, but not Jan. I had the feeling that I had her undivided attention and my transaction was the most important one she was dealing with, even though it was a relatively small sale of a condo.
