Jan Latham

Jan began her initial residential real estate career as a licensed agent in the State of Alabama.  Her real estate career eventually led her to relocate to Houston where her primary long-term career was working as a paralegal in real estate matters in corporate and law firm environments.  She has witnessed Houston evolve from the 1980s decade into the dynamic city it is today.   She is very familiar with Houston residential markets, including condominiums, townhomes, home rentals and home ownership.   Jan's real estate expertise includes assisting clients seeking a rental property along with assisting clients transitioning from renting a home to owning a home.  She has extensive knowledge of various neighborhoods to assist buyers and sellers desiring a home with more space or to downsize a home for changing family needs.  Whether it is a relocation due to an employment transfer or the need to find a rental property due to a current home being under construction, she always provides her clients with good information for various types of residences so her clients can make the best choices for their individual preferences, family values and lifestyle.
