“We just finished the process of buying a new build in the Sugar Land Missouri City with Jamie s help From start to finish she was everything we could ve asked for. As first time home buyers, we needed someone knowledgeable, communicative, and patient. Jamie was all those things and more. The first day we met, we toured some resale homes and Jamie didn t hesitate to point out the squeaky floors and the stained carpet, which to me said she didn t want us to get any home, she wanted us to get the right home When we decided a new build was the route we were going, she toured a bunch of options with us, mentioning things like resale value, practicality pieces with kids, etc. We decided to go with an inventory home and she sat with us and the builder and negotiated blinds, full gutters and full appliances for us With every walk through, Jamie s attention to detail was unparalleled, blue taping everything down to the smallest bumps in the paint making sure it would be right by the time we closed.
