Jamie Broach

Jamie is a native Houstonian who truly understands the neighborhoods and communities that make this city such a special place to call home. Her approach to real estate is rooted in relationships, trust, and thoughtful guidance, helping clients feel confident and cared for every step of the way.

Jamie's knowledge of Houston’s most desirable neighborhoods is shaped by lived experience. She has owned homes in Southampton, West University Place, Southside Place, and Braes Heights, giving her a genuine understanding of what makes each area unique. This personal connection helps her guide clients not just to the right house, but to the right fit. Having bought and sold 8 homes of her own, she knows firsthand that a home is both a financial investment and a deeply personal one.  That experience allows her to anticipate questions, navigate challenges, and advocate for her clients with clarity and ease.  She is known for her attention to detail, steady communication, and client-first mindset - qualities that make the process feel seamless and well-managed.  

Serving others has always been at the heart of her work. In 2011, she co-founded The Broach Foundation for Brain Cancer Research with her late husband during a deeply personal chapter of her life. Today, she serves as President of the foundation, which has donated more than $6.5 million to fund brain cancer research at MD Anderson Cancer Center, where she also serves on the Board of Visitors. She is actively involved with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo as a Captain on the Trailblazer Committee, serves on the Board of Bo’s Place, and remains deeply engaged in her children’s schools and the broader community.

She also spent several meaningful years in ministry, an experience that shaped how she listens, supports, and shows up for others. Those years continue to inform her real estate practice, where empathy, integrity, and trust matter just as much as market knowledge.

Prior to her work in ministry, Jamie practiced law as a mergers and acquisitions attorney at Jones Day. She earned her undergraduate degree in Economics from Trinity University in San Antonio and her Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law where she was a Chancellor and a member of the Law Review. Her legal background brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to contracts and negotiations, giving clients confidence in even the most complex transactions.

Jamie is happily married to her husband, Jeff Byrd, and together they are raising five children—three sons, Parker, Harrison, and Oliver, and twin daughters, Lila and Jentry. When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys traveling with her family, listening to live music, reading, and unwinding with needlepoint and mahjong with friends.

At the heart of her work is a simple goal: to make every client feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. She is honored to serve as a trusted advisor and partner through every chapter of the real estate journey.
