“James is extremely intelligent and just a tad extroverted. :- His intelligence and expertise are beyond helpful just a small note most of the time we found him charming, enthusiastic, and fun. However, during some stressful times not necessarily even pertaining to him some aspects of his extroverted behaviors can feel overwhelming at times to more introverted clients. We have learned over the years everyone is different, and as long as others are experienced, knowledgeable, professional, kind and doing their best, anything else is not a big deal to us. James exceeded expectations in each category. He genuinely cares about his clients and went above and beyond several times for our situation. We would definitely recommend him to others ”
