James Rollins

J. Paul Rollins is a native Texan that has lived throughout the great state of Texas. Paul grew up in Victoria where he lived until moving to Lubbock where he received his B.B.A. at Texas Tech University. Following graduation Paul spent 25 years in retail management living in Corpus Christ, Rosenberg, Richmond, Amarillo and San Antonio. It was through Paul's retail management experiences that he established a "standard" of first class service and the mind set of always "surpassing" customer's expectations. Paul is not your typical realtor...he doesn't measure success on the "number or dollar" of his transactions, but rather by the satisfaction and loyalty of his clients and quickly becomes friends. His commitment to their "needs and wants" is always his "number 1" priority. J. Paul Rollins is a professional Realtor that takes pride in his work and takes the extra time to listen to exactly what Buyers as well as Sellers of real estate are looking for. When Paul is working with a Buyer, he doesn't have a predetermined number of properties he will show, but rather will take the time and effort to show as many properties as it takes to find that "special" home his client is truly happy with. Paul will not stop searching properties until he hears the words from his client, "this is it"! And on the other hand when Paul works with Sellers, he doesn't have a set budget he will spend to promote a property, but rather basis the marketing of the property according to the number of showings a home is generating. Paul tailors his service to each individual client, resulting in a multitude of customers that have experienced being "WOWed"!
