James Ringgold

Ben Ringgold is the eldest son of fourth generation Texans, and a native Houstonian. He graduated from Scarborough High School in 1974 and Texas A&M University in 1977. He has made The Woodlands area his family's home since 1990.

After graduating from Texas A&M University, Ben worked with Exxon at the Houston research center for almost 15 years as senior designer and system administrator. He then moved into the software industry working as senior software support engineer and senior applications engineer for 12 years.

His past work experiences have always required attention to detail and problem-solving skills. As a REALTOR and broker, he uses those skills to make sure the job is done right because customer satisfaction is his only goal. With over $100M in sales and extensive experience with corporate relocation, Ben has built a solid reputation among his ever-growing repeat clientele. He has the ability to handle all of your residential, commercial, and farm and ranch real estate needs.

Ben is married to a real estate broker and is the proud father of twin daughters who graduated from Texas A&M and Stephen F. Austin universities. He has completed over 20 marathons and competed on Exxon's corporate national team. In his spare time, Ben enjoys many sports including running, and fishing. He is also partial to hanging out on the farm and riding a tractor.
