Cross-cultural or Multi-cultural, integrity and urban planning knowledge and experiences are assets that James Nimene brings to the real estate industry. When James left his native Liberia in West Africa more than 33 years ago, little did he know that, one day, he would call Houston home, and it is where he has learned and experienced the Texan and American cultures, while maintaining his African cultural identity.
A family man who has been married to his wife for more than 30 years and raised four children, James is a strong practitioner of the saying, "Do unto others as you would have them do to you" during his entire life. Since 2004, when he became a licensed real estate agent, he has closed many real estate transactions in the greater Houston area, specifically in the northwest and southwest areas of Harris County, while maintaining full-time employment with the City of Houston.
As a retired City of Houston Urban Planner, James will also use his knowledge and experiences of developing land use plans and programs that helped to create communities, accommodate population growth, and revitalized physical facilities when helping you with all your real estate needs, including buying, selling , or renting.
