Jim Neidner, is a native Houstonian. He hosted Homeline Talk Radio home show for many years on Dan Patrick's KPRC-950 and KSEV-700 radio stations.

Jim Neidner, Won 28 national/state/Houston awards in home building/remodeling. Jim was elected to the Board of Directors of the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) for 3-year term. Jim has won several Prism Awards from the GHBA. He is also a Build-On-Your-Lot builder and still remodels. With all of Jim's building background he is in demand as a Buyer's/Seller's Agent.
