“We were referred to Mr Green by neighbors, I wanted a local realtor that knew the market. The property was unique the house was built in 64 and had rooms added, but the land was gorgeous had a fresh water stream bordering one side, but the bank was up hill enough that the house would never flood Mr Green shared his knowledge advise with us, his negotiating with buyers to keep things moving and everyone happy were incredible. I of course would share things with my wife about what was going on and all she could say was he s really good, so much better than the last realtor ”
