“Had multiple problems with the title company. I kept having to do all the leg work providing notorized, county certified documents that COULD have been obtained from the courthouse. They did NOTHING on their own I spent several days and ove 100 dollars of my own along with me taking time from work chasing down documents that is public record. I provided certified special warranty deed and notorized certified affidavits for them and it STILL WASN'T ENOUGH for that title company I told Jim everything they were asking for could be obtained from the documents I already provided them. I finally put my foot down and said NO I was at the doubt of pulling out of the deal totally. Once I said no , they finally decided to close the deal. I felt like I was put through heck and didn't get the support needed. Jim was a life saver at closing though, which was so appreciated. He sat by me step by step caring and helping me. I will NOT recommend that title company to anyone EVER Jim is still pretty new at this and is still learning, but he is a really good guy. Thanks Jim.”
