As a native of Southeast Texas, Jake Pennington has a deep-rooted love for land and the great outdoors, encompassing all of God's creation. Growing up on a working cattle ranch instilled in him a burning passion for hunting, fishing, and all things nature related. Jake's unique perspective has been shaped by his experience in land management and is continually inspired by his value of land stewardship passed down to him by his grandpa. Prior to his career in real estate, Jake owned and operated both a civil construction company for 10+ years, and a timber procurement business for more than 5 years. His background in forestry, having attended Stephen F. Austin State University as a forestry major, gives him a keen understanding of land dynamics and the value of sustainable practices. Specializing in farm and ranch land, timber land, and recreational properties, Jake's competency extends beyond traditional real estate. His extensive experience in property improvement sets him apart in the industry. Moreover, Jake brings a wealth of knowledge in real estate investment, having successfully bought and sold a multitude of properties throughout Southeast Texas.
