I don't know many realtors that would have put up with the extremely drawn out timeline I had to work with and Jaime never dismissed me and she took me seriously as a real buyer despite the purchase being over 15 months away when I first reached out. She continued to send me amazing properties throughout the year and as I reviewed them she learned my tastes and preferences very quickly and eventually only sent me houses that were exactly my style. Overall, once we found the house I wanted Jaime got an offer out quickly and we were able to negotiate for the price I was comfortable with. As with any new builds, we had more than a few hiccups with the Builder but Jaime was thorough and very willing to bring any issues up with the Builder and his agents. We worked through every issue and I closed on the house of my dreams thanks to Jaime.
