Jackson Routt moved to the Memorial area of Houston at an early age. He attended Frostwood Elementary, Memorial Middle School and graduated from Memorial High School. He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Chemical Engineering and the University of Houston Clear Lake with an MBA. His career in Project Management of large industrial projects has taken him all over North America. Detailed knowledge of corporate contracts, contractors, business and especially people skills has prepared him to be successful in the world of real estate.  
Other experience include Operations and Maintenance of large facilities such as NASA Johnson Space Center, Data Centers, High Tech Manufacturing and Ballparks in Houston and in San Francisco. He has many years of negotiating Multimillion/Billion Dollar Contracts and has extensive knowledge of working with union and non-union Contractors. In his years in the Oil and Gas Industry, Jackson and his Realtor wife, Christine, have bought and sold 14 of their own properties and owns 4 investment properties in Houston. He has a comprehensive understanding of the moving process and supports buyers and sellers with that knowledge. 
The son of a Memorial area Realtor, Jackson, has expert knowledge of the area and the latest trends. Working with and supporting his wife Christine in their real estate business is now his passion. Together, they have all the knowledge and experience to guide buyers and sellers. to a win-win, positive experience. Jackson enjoys fishing, golfing, scuba diving and traveling in his spare time not taken up by grandchildren.
