Because he believes that delivering excellence is vital to any and every transaction in which he is involved, it is no wonder that he has been a top producing real estate professional since being licensed in 1995. A native Houstonian he knows the neighborhoods where he shows and sells quite often. His depth of experience has been vital to working with clients from Dallas to Galveston. If you ask him what he deems is his proudest career achievement, Coy will tell you it is that he has built his real estate business by referral. But his greatest pride is personal.
