Inelda Brown

Inelda Brown is the Broker/Owner of International Realty Brokers, she has been serving the real estate needs of first-time homebuyers and Spanish speaking buyers in the Austin and Central Texas area since January 2000. Inelda has an Associate of Applied Science in Real Estate - Real Estate Broker Licensing, Degree from Austin Community College and an Administrative Management and Real Estate Broker Licensing Certificates from Austin Community College. She has an ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), a CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), a GREEN (NAR's Green Designation), and GRI (Graduate of REALTOR® Institute) designations, she also has an AHWD (At Home With Diversity), a RSPS (Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist) a SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource) and TAHS (Texas Affordable Housing Specialist) certifications and a C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) endorsement. She is also a 2018 TRLP (Texas REALTOR® Leadership Program) graduate. Inelda is a member of the ABoR (Austin Board of REALTORS®), HAR (Houston Association of REALTORS®) and FHAAR (Fort Hood Area Association of REALTORS®). Inelda was a member of the ABoR Committee Council in 2017 and 2018, she was a member of the ABoR International Committee from 2016 to 2017 and she was the 2017 Vice Chair. She was the 2018 Chair of the ABoR Global Committee. Inelda was the 2019 ABoR Global Advisory Board Past Chair. Inelda was named ABoR Global Volunteer of the Year in 2022. She is ABoR Global Ambassador for Panama and the Dominican Republic since 2019 and was ABoR Global Ambassador for NAHREP form 2019 to 2020. She was a 2020 member of HAR IAG (Houston International Advisory Group) and she is a member of HAR GAG (Houston Global Advisory Group) since 2021. She is a member of Texas REALTORS® 2024 Global Committee and NAR 2024 CIPS Advisory Board.
