Abraham brings multifaceted skills to the real estate industry. Having worked as a loan officer for several years, a colorful side of his experience is that he also owned and operated a bakery in Houston that serviced over 100 coffee shops, cafes, delis and restaurants before returning to his real estate career. He enjoys getting to know people and the life stories they often are comfortable enough to share with him. He possesses the ability to gain their confidence and enjoys the opportunity to play a role in helping his clients achieve their real estate goals. He believes his best role is educating his clients about the home buying process and ensuring that they are aware of the potential costs associated with their purchase. So, he feels his best role is working with first-time homebuyers, clients that he can share information with, such as government incentives available and other useful information gained from his experience as a loan officer. As a native Houstonian who speaks Arabic, he is knowledgeable about the city. He is most comfortable and focuses on trends in Garden Oaks, Oak Forest and Spring Branch and is especially interested in new construction in these areas. He is also interested in the commercial sector. Abraham has a winsome attitude with great communication skills, attention to detail and prides himself as having beneficial knowledge of the real estate market to share with his clients. He enjoys working out, playing soccer, martial arts, golf, travel, trying out new restaurants and spending quality time with family and friends. In addition to affiliation with the national and local real estate organizations, he is active with Habitat for Humanity.
