Jeff was born in Huntsville, graduated from Deer Park High School, and attended Sam Houston State University (1966-1970) majoring in Agribusiness. He has been involved with the Walker County Fair Association since 1981, serving as a vice-president for six years and pro-rodeo chairman for the first nine years of the event. Mary Pendleton-Brown, REALTOR® combines her love for the industry with her passion for education. A graduate of New Mexico State University (AS) and Park University (MBA Business Management and Management Information System, MPA Non-Profit Management, MC Healthcare Leadership Payment Systems).
