Alice has served as Charter President of the Women's Council of Realtors, past President of the Huntsville Board of Realtors & many other Texas Association of Realtors Committee's. She is active in the local community including Senior Center Director & many other projects that promote scholarships for local students.

ROBERTA PLANT has been a Markham Realty, Inc. Realtor ® since 1999. She is a past President of the Huntsville Board of Realtors and Director for Texas Association of Realtors. She is on the Board of Directors for the Friends of the Wynne and was marketing chairman for The Wynne Home Arts Center committee implementation project. She also has been a member of the Walker County Appraisal Review Board, the City of Huntsville Zoning Board of Adjustments and the Huntsville Horizon Comprehensive Plan Committee. Her career in real estate was an opportunity to combine educational, personal and professional experience as an artist, home economist, public speaker, customer relation’s trainer, and manager for an electric utility. She raised three sons and has been an enthusiastic resident of Huntsville since 1972.
