I lead The Lakefront Group. Many of our clients live in Houston and buy a second home on a Central Texas lake or river, a place to get out of the city and onto the water.

Start With the Water, Not the House

Buying from out of town, it is easy to shop by photos. We start with how you plan to use the place: boating and wake sports, fishing, floating a river, or simply a quiet weekend. Then we match that to the lake or river that fits and walk you through who manages it, what its rules allow, and what a normal weekend there looks like before you fall for a kitchen.

Which Water, and Who You Will Work With

The Guadalupe lakes and rivers sit around New Braunfels and Seguin: Lake Placid, Lake McQueeney, Lake Dunlap, Meadow Lake, Lake Seguin, Canyon Lake, and the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers. Buyers there work with Hagan Cohle, and sellers work with Frank Baker.

The Highland Lakes run northwest of Austin: Lake Travis, Lake Austin, Lake LBJ, Lake Marble Falls, Inks Lake, and Lake Buchanan. Billy Stephens and Brooke LeMond handle buyers and sellers on all of them.

About Me

I was raised on Lake McQueeney and I live on Lake Dunlap with my wife, Ashley, and our boys, Rylan and Zane. I graduated from Texas A&M University with a marketing degree, won the 2003 Collegiate Wakeboard National Championship, and have been in real estate since 2006. HGTV featured our work twice, on Lakefront Bargain Hunt and Lakefront Bargain Hunt: Renovation.

I am a Broker Associate with Keller Williams Heritage.
