Michael Joseph has been engaged in the real estate industry since 11/1/99. While in the process of building my experiences as a Real Estate agent, he was trained by Texas Supreme Mortgage as a loan officer.

The training was very intense - from reading W-2's to understanding credit reports and debt to income ratios. Then Michael was employed by Roger Suurmeyer Appraisal company. The training received from this company helped to develop his eyes to see value and defects in properties.

Being trained by these two companies afforded Michael Joseph the wealth of knowledge to develop into a young real estate investor, so please understand that when you hire Michael to work on your behalf, he is not the average real estate agent. he is an agent that has walked the walk.

Julissa, is a full-time real estate professional dedicated to her client's success and focused on providing stellar customer service. Prior to real estate, she was a successful administrator with over 20 years experience in public education. Working as a school leader prepared her to help her clients understand the buying process. A perfect day off involves grilling and enjoying time with friends and family but the reality is even on those rare days off I'm usually running around a baseball or soccer field watching our boys do what they love.
