I moved to the Houston/Katy area in 1994 from the Sunny state of California and have spent most of my years here in the real estate business. I have assisted buyers and sellers from Houston, Katy, Cypress, Richmond, Fulshear, Sugar Land, and the Pearland areas and everywhere in between. One of the things I love best about my job is that I get to work with all types of buyers and sellers, whether it is first timers, or investors, or seasoned clients. It has been a privilege to live in the Katy area all of these years and to have witnessed much growth. I have multiple investors that I assisted in purchasing their rental properties. Anita Bormaster, a native Houstonian, spent the first part of her career in the nonprofit sector as a development professional, aligning the interests and passions of individuals and families with projects to better the community.
